Transfer pricing for builders
When a unit sells and a similar floor plan is finished and ready to hit the market, we transfer the entire staging to the new property in a single day. It saves builders time and money.
- Works especially well for spec homes, condo buildings and townhome developments
- For a similar floor plan or design, within 500 square feet either way
- Priced at one continuation cycle of the package already on site
- Above 500 square feet, where significant changes are needed to suit the property, a $750 design fee may apply
- The continuation cycle carries on seamlessly and does not reset
- Combines with long term staging deals

Free listing photos with every new staging
Optional, and included at no cost with every new staging. Adding a media package does not change that.

Full media services available
Media is shot the same day as the install, while the home is at its best and nothing has moved. One call covers the stager, the photographer and the schedule.

What you see is what you pay
The five week Listing Activation is not taxed, so the package price you present to a seller is the price on the invoice.

Prorated invoices
After the Listing Activation, invoices prorate by the week.

Built with flexibility
Every package includes a flex room and you choose what it is.
- Package 1 carries a Level 4 allowance, up to $1,095 a room
- Package 2 carries Level 3, up to $895 a room
- Packages 3 and 4 carry Level 2, up to $695 a room
- Above your allowance, you only pay the difference between the levels of room

However large the home, the whole install happens on a single staging day.
