Built for builders
Builders rarely need one home staged. They need a run of them, often in the same building or the same community, and they need the furniture to move from one unit to the next as they sell rather than cycle back to a warehouse. The homes below come from that work: four separate units inside a single Alexandria building, two in one Annapolis community, a coastal Delaware home, a model home staged across eighteen spaces with a working sales office inside it, and a run of new builds across McLean, Vienna and Falls Church. One of them stayed staged across four consecutive billing cycles while it was marketed. Another was transferred to the next address the week it sold.
