Covers the full staging, delivered and installed, and runs five weeks.

Market Presence Continuation

If the home is still on the market, staging continues and bills every four weeks.

Every package includes one flex room, and it is counted inside the space count. It can be any space you want staged.

Swap the flex room for any space at or below your package allowance at no charge. Above the allowance, you only pay the difference between the levels of room.

The term

How the term works

  • Listing Activation
    • The full staging, delivered and installed.
    • Runs five weeks.
  • Market Presence Continuation
    • Runs in four week cycles.
    • Begins after the Listing Activation, or after an Activation Extension.
  • Prorating
    • After the Listing Activation, invoices prorate by the week.
    • Set by how long the staging stays out.
  • 50% off a 4-week Activation Extension
    • Add a four week Activation Extension when you book and it is half price.
    • Saves $2,195 on Package 1, $1,695 on Package 2, $1,295 on Package 3 and $895 on Package 4.
    • If the home sells before you use it, it becomes a credit toward your next staging.
    • Paid at booking, so it cannot be combined with Stage Now, Pay Later.
  • Stage Now, Pay Later
    • For properties actively marketed for sale.
    • $500 program fee up front.
    • Payments deferred up to 90 days.
    • Cannot be combined with the 50% Activation Extension.
