Stage Now, Pay Later
Stage the home now. Settle it later.

Why it exists
Built to lower the first step
Staging does its hardest work in the first weeks of a listing. That is the same moment a seller may have the least cash free, because the money is still tied up in a house that has not sold yet.
For a lot of sellers, the upfront cost is the reason to wait, and some want to see the return before they commit to it. Stage Now, Pay Later lowers that first step, so the home can launch staged from day one.
We built it this way because we believe in what staging does for a sale. We're confident enough in the result to wait for payment, so you see the result first. Every seller deserves the best chance to stand out and command the most for their home.
How it works
Three things to know
Choose your package
Exactly as any other client would, from the same published pricing. Nothing about the staging itself changes.
A $500 program fee
That is what it costs to use the program, and it is the only addition to your package price.
Each invoice is due 90 days later
Your staging invoice becomes due 90 days after it is issued. If the home is still on the market, every four week continuation invoice works the same way, 90 days from its own date.
The 90 days run from each invoice date rather than from the sale. Stage Now, Pay Later cannot be combined with the 50% Activation Extension, which is paid at booking. Full terms are set out in your staging agreement and we go through them with you before anything is signed.
What stays the same
The staging is the staging
This changes how the staging is paid for. It changes nothing about what arrives at the house.
