According to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), 2019 Profile of Home Staging, 83 percent of buyers’ agents agree that staging a home makes it easier for home buyers to see themselves living in it. Historic D.C. Building Renovated and Staged
The Staged Interior team has been braving traffic to get its vans into the Dupont Circle neighborhood of Washington D.C. to stage several condos in a historic building renovation. The building was built in the early 1900’s and is now being renovated to offer 29 residential condos in the building. Also part of the project is a new building next to it that will of have 39 more condos when completed.
