Some of our notable 2018 milestones were:
- We have now staged over 1,700 properties since we began in 2006.
- The total list price of all our staged homes now adds up to over 1.5 BILLION dollars ($1,634,000,000).
- We staged a total of 285 homes along with 470 consultations and 280 de-stages in 2018.
- We staged 63 Builder Spec Homes.
- At the peak of the busy season, we had 85 properties staged concurrently.
- We maintain over 21,000 sq. ft. of warehouse and office space for our growing team.
Just like the year before, we had an extremely productive year in 2018: we had new team members, new office space, and steady annual growth. So far, 2019 is showing the same trends.
