Did you get to tour any of the four properties staged by Staged Interior at this year’s Parade of Homes? We were thrilled to take part in this showcase of new construction properties in the Northern Virginia area. Presented by North Virginia Building Industry Association, The Parade of Homes featured our area’s finest builders and remodelers showcasing their innovative ideas, special design features, dynamic floor plans, and master craftsmanship.
We helped a number of builders highlight their most unique custom homes, remodeling projects, single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums during this self-guided tour earlier this month. By touring these properties, you could see many different designs, styles and price ranges.

Our team staged four properties in the Parade of Homes tour. We proudly partnered with Anchor Homes to stage one of their newly constructed properties with on-trend furnishings that welcomes buyers into an open concept floor plan.
8621 McHenry St.
We also were excited to work with CarrMichael Construction on their beautiful Abby III model that infuses farmhouse style with modern living. Our team tackled the 6,848 square foot home that features 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths by using simple, clean lines that reflect country charm.
1106 Towlston Rd.
Next, our team staged a new stone & brick English Manor style home built by Monogram Homes. This property is situated on a beautiful 2+ acre lot in a convenient McLean location. Staged Interior brought in neutral, luxe furnishings to compliment the casual, elegant floor plan built with magnificent attention to detail and finishes.
Finally, we worked with Christopher Companies to define a cozy 4,700 square foot home that appeals to buyers the moment they walk through the front door. This inviting space and open floor plan include 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and showcases plenty of designer features that buyers desire in a property. You can see the staged property here.
