The Staged Interior team has been braving traffic to get its vans into the Dupont Circle neighborhood of Washington D.C. to stage several condos in a historic building renovation. The building was built in the early 1900’s and is now being renovated to offer 29 residential condos in the building. Also part of the project is a new building next to it that will of have 39 more condos when completed.
The photos attached show only one 1,210 sq. ft. condo in the historic building, but as more are completed, we will post as many as possible on this website, as each one is unique. With 9’ 2” high ceilings, large windows, and striking architectural details, Trish Kim, the lead stager for this project, is enjoying the challenge of bringing comfortable modern living environments to such historic spaces. Many other buildings on the same tree-lined downtown street either have been or will be converted to new housing, creating a beautiful and appealing alternative to commuting!
