The International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP) recently announced the 2019 Staging Industry Awards and Staged Interior won 4 of these prestigious international awards. All 3 of our Lead Stagers were recognized for their exceptional work as Top Stagers. The fourth award went to the entire Staged Interior team, who won the Top Large Team Award.

The Summer of Sold!
As the summer begins to wind down, we would like to take a moment to reflect on a few of the many amazing properties our team has staged in the Washington D.C. Metro Area during this time. So far this summer, we’ve staged 62 homes including 12 builders’ spec homes, 35 vacant properties, and 15 occupied homes. We’ve partnered with both real estate agents and home sellers to make every one of these properties look their best for potential buyers.

Our team at Staged Interior will sometimes suggest that sellers make certain home repairs to improve the look of the property before staging it for the marketplace. We recommend these repairs to improve the sellers’ negotiating position during a sale.
