Often times, real estate agents won’t offer home staging to their clients because they feel it’s too expensive. But, the reality is it’s even more expensive to NOT offer this service to clients. According to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), 2019 Profile of Home Staging, 83 percent of buyers’ agents agree that staging a home makes it easier for home buyers to see themselves living in it. When a buyer envisions the lifestyle they could lead, it makes them more eager to submit an offer.
