The Staged Interior team has been braving traffic to get its vans into the Dupont Circle neighborhood of Washington D.C. to stage several condos in a historic building renovation. The building was built in the early 1900’s and is now being renovated to offer 29 residential condos in the building. Also part of the project is a new building next to it that will of have 39 more condos when completed.

Trish Kim Wins 2018 Staging Excellence Award
Patricia (“Trish”) Kim, CEO of Staged Interior, has just been recognized as winner of the 2018 Staging Excellence Award from the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP), which is an international award as the “Best of the Best” in the home staging industry.
Trish won the Staging Excellence Award for her staging of an over 8,000 sq. ft. home in McLean, Virginia.

Staged Interior Wins New Industry Leadership Award
Staged Interior is proud to announce that on July 12, 2018, it won the “2018 IAHSP Best of Home Staging: Industry Leadership Award.” The competition was held by the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP). This is the first year the annual competition has included this particular award.
