The condo has all the amenities home buyers would look for in properties of this type and our team highlighted these features in their home staging strategy.

The townhouse is a modern take on a classic Tudor-style architecture. It’s part of a community for “better living” that offers lots to do. Owners can step out their front doors and head over to the clubhouse to meet friends by the fire pit, stroll down by the tranquil koi pond, or enjoy several local parks and golf courses. As part of the staging strategy, Staged Interior filled the sun-filled rooms with furnishings to mirror the lifestyle of this community. We dressed the home in our layered, luxurious transitional style, with bold pattern and raw wood, leather, and chrome accents that gave the space a chic, yet elegant, feel.
