Patricia (“Trish”) Kim, CEO of Staged Interior, has just been recognized as winner of the 2018 Staging Excellence Award from the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP), which is an international award as the “Best of the Best” in the home staging industry.
Trish won the Staging Excellence Award for her staging of an over 8,000 sq. ft. home in McLean, Virginia.
Trish began doing home staging when she founded her company, Staged Interior, with her husband, Young Kim, in 2006. Before that, Trish was a practicing Interior Designer in the Washington DC metro area. Trish is also the 2018 President of IAHSP’s Washington DC chapter, where she has added an educational aspect to every monthly meeting, much to the delight of attending members.
Jennie Norris, current Chairwoman of IAHSP said: “You have won the Trifecta! Congratulations!” She is referring to the fact that Staged Interior was also awarded two other 2018 Best of the Best Awards: Industry Leadership and Customer Service. Needless to say, it was a pretty exciting few days at Staged Interior as those awards were announced!
