There are very few members of IAHSP who don’t know the long-standing staging excellence of Trish Kim. She has many loyal clients who request her staging designs year after year. Many attribute their sales success to her gorgeous staging of their listings.
To demonstrate her staging excellence, this nomination will showcase two very different, yet challenging, staging projects. One is modern, the other is traditional. Both have distinct challenges that Trish was able to overcome masterfully.
Trish also is President of Staged Interior, one of Washington DC’s largest staging companies. She leads a team of 20 as well as does her own staging projects. She always has time to encourage new stagers and many people credit their success to her encouragement and kindness.
