Staged Interior is owned and operated by Trish and Young Kim, both Accredited Staging Professional Masters (ASPMs). All other stagers are Accredited Staging Professionals (ASPs). Because it takes more than one stager to accomplish a home staging project, we work in staging teams on all projects. Our energetic staging teams collaborate to create polished and beautiful results – and have a lot of fun doing it, too!
Using the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) Stager Code of Ethics and Standards as a foundation, ASP stagers and their teams bring their experience, talent, creativity and, yes, muscle power, to every home they stage. Trish Kim
CEO and Co-Founder

Trish Kim has been bringing unique interior design experiences to the Washington DC area since 1988. She is CEO and co-founder of Staged Interior, as well as a Team Leader. She is the only charter lifetime ASP Master in the Washington DC area. Trish’s strengths are in creative spatial arrangement, color coordination, and visual composition, a set of elements that she feels combine to create the “Wow!” factor so essential to giving sellers the edge they need.
Young Kim

Young is the other half of the husband/wife team with Trish Kim. He is the Chief Operating Officer for Staged Interior. He holds an ASP Realtor designation. In his previous career as an Information Technology Manager for the Federal Government, Young oversaw multiple concurrent projects. He feels his IT experience has been vital to his role at Staged Interior. Through his multimedia efforts and creative marketing skills, he has propelled it into a fast-growing home staging company. In addition to heavy lifting responsibilities, his skills are in spatial arrangement and wall art installation.
Diane Pait
Executive Administrator
Diane has been with Staged Interior since 2014 as Executive Administrator. She joined the team with many years of administrative, accounting, and Human Resources experience. Her positive attitude is the glue that keeps the Staged Interior team together like family. Diane loves to travel and spend time with her family and friends…and she always has the best wine recommendations.
Jill Arias

Jill’s natural eye for aesthetically pleasing design along with her attention to detail to produce spaces that are as inviting as they are practical, combined with an extensive training under Trish and all team leaders, Jill has been elevated to a prized team leader position. As an Accredited Staging Professional and a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals, her enthusiasm and pride in Staged Interior’s award-winning stagings show through her strong work ethic, professionalism, and customer care.
Clancy Orchard
Warehouse Manager

Clancy joined Staged Interior in 2015 and in 2021, she transitioned to the role of Warehouse Manager. With her impeccable organizational skills, she enables our warehouse to run smoothly and efficiently. Clancey is also a professional stager who enjoys seeing spaces come to life. Her background in professional organizing has helped her excel in staging homes and visualizing how to bring a room together. She describes herself as a creative person who loves the hands-on work of making a room beautiful, paired with the thoughtfulness required to make a home appealing to buyers.
