In 2017, we added more warehouse and office space for a total of over 21,000 square feet. The warehouse holds a constantly cycling inventory of furniture, rugs, and decorative accessories. Usually, we have 50 to 75 houses fully staged at any given time, so we have far more inventory than is ever in the warehouse at one time.

To supply our staging team with what it needs, we have (approximately):
- 125 Sofas
- 114 Loveseats
- 460 Upholstered chairs
- 125 dining tables and 800 dining chairs
- 335 side tables and accent pieces
- 235 beds and headboards
- 3,200 pieces of wall art
- 3,850 floral arrangements, tabletop accessories and lamps
We collect these items with 2 motorized stock pickers and 5 handcarts, using hundreds of packing boxes and envelopes. We load them into 3 trucks and 4 vans for delivery to homes being staged – and pick it all up again after the house is sold. During a busy period, we may stage 10 houses a week and de-stage about the same number.
