Owned and operated by Trish and Young Kim, Staged Interior has been staging homes for ten years. That said, it takes more than one stager to accomplish a home staging project. That is why we work with a talented team of ASP Home Stagers on each project. Under Trish’s leadership, our energetic stagers collaborate to effectively create polished and beautiful results. And we have a lot of fun doing it, too! Utilizing the ASP Stager Code of Ethics and Standards as a foundation, each ASP Home Stager brings her experience, talent, creativity and, yes – muscle power – to the team. We all share in the joy and satisfaction of each staged and sold home!

As an award winning ASP Master and a local and International Association of Home Staging Professional board member, Trish’s strengths are in creative spatial arrangement, color coordination and composition, which create the “WOW!” factor so essential in giving sellers the needed edge in this market.

Young is the other half of the husband/wife team with Trish Kim. He is an ASP Realtor and the COO for Staged Interior.
In his previous career as a contractor for the Federal Government, Young oversaw multiple projects as an Information Technology Manager. His IT experience has been vital in communicating the value of home staging to the local real estate community. Through his multi-media efforts and creative marketing skills, he has propelled Staged Interior into a fast-growing local Staging company.
In addition to heavy lifting responsibilities, his gift is in spatial arrangement and wall art installation. Young is frequently accused of being a co-conspirator with Jake and Tasha in tormenting their Mimi, aka Trish.

2014 Board Member, DC Chapter, IAHSP
Having enjoyed a 30+ year career in commercial and residential interior design as a licensed interior designer, she discovered her passion in home staging. After earning her designation as an Accredited Staging Professional she transitioned from interior design to home staging and joined the Staged Interior family. She is a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals and is a Staging Team Leader for Staged Interior. Jeanette explains the well-staged property is first admired from the curb and compels visitors to go inside and see themselves in a space. The interplay of color, light and function allows each space to define itself for buyers, sellers, and realtors.
Golf, traveling, and aerobatics are a few of Jeanette’s favorite hobbies when she is not staging. She is also kept busy spoiling her seven grandchildren and three grand-dogs! Jeanette and her husband have resided in McLean, Virginia for over thirty years.

Maggie Ryan is an Accredited Staging Professional, member of IAHSP and IAHSP DC Chapter and a Staging Team Leader with Staged Interior. Maggie has a B.A. in History and was a furniture and accessories buyer for a large furniture store on Florida’s Gulf Coast. When furniture and accessories were being purchased by clients from their cars as they drove by and inventory was flying out the door, she evolved into designing and staging condominiums in Destin, Florida. Maggie also has a background in merchandising which is essential when room planning.
Maggie has lived all over the United States as well as Europe as a military spouse for over 20 years. She has 3 boys; Jake, Tyler and Max who keep her busy when she is not assisting the wonderful design team at Staged Interior.
Carrie joined Staged Interior in 2008 with an Accredited Staging Professional designation from StagedHomes.com. After working as a Staging Assistant she became a full time Staging Team Leader in 2012. She credits her success and enthusiasm in Home Staging to the exceptional training and mentoring that she received from Trish and Young. She has helped the business transition through several large growth spurts and many exciting changes. Carrie feels that this is one of the most fun and rewarding jobs she has ever had. She takes great pride in transforming each home into a showcase that attracts the greatest number of potential buyers and that stands out from the competition. Her results are proven with lower days on the market and multiple top dollar offers.
When Carrie is not Staging or preparing for an upcoming project she loves spending time with her husband and daughter at their home in Haymarket, VA. She also has a grown daughter, a son and daughter-in-law and two adorable grandsons. She manages to squeeze in some “me” time at a local gym most early mornings and is continuously drawn to organizing and decorating projects in her home.
Tracy is an expert home stager and interior decorator who specializes in social media and direct marketing. Before she became an Accredited Staging Professional, she was helping her friends and colleague’s stage to live and stage to sell their homes. Today, as Marketing Director for Staged Interior and as a member of IAHSP, she continues to help individual home owners, Realtors, developers and builders stay up-to-date with Staged Interiors latest statistics, trends, and projects. All in hopes to bring our clients top dollar for their listings that will sell quickly and profitably.
Tracy and her husband reside in Ashburn with their young son and dog. When she’s off the clock, she loves to cook, travel, workout, and spend as much time as possible with her family and friends.
